Since our products are food items, returns are accepted only under specific conditions:

- The issue must be reported within 2 days (48 hours) from the date of delivery
- The product container may be opened only to check quality
- Requests made after 2 days from delivery will not be accepted

- If the product is consumed partially beyond quality checking

- Once an order is placed and delivered, no cash, card, or online refund will be issued under any circumstances
4. Exchange Policy
- If a genuine quality issue is verified by our team, we will offer a product exchange
- The customer must bear the courier/shipping charges for the exchange
- Exchange will be processed only after approval from our quality team
5. How to Raise a Quality Issue
To request an exchange, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with:

- Clear photos or videos showing the quality issue
