Refund and Returns Policy

At Thamarai Brand, we take utmost care to deliver high-quality food products. Due to the nature of food items, we follow a strict Refund & Returns Policy as outlined below.

1. Returns Eligibility

Since our products are food items, returns are accepted only under specific conditions:

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only for quality-related issues
  • The issue must be reported within 2 days (48 hours) from the date of delivery
  • The product container may be opened only to check quality
  • Requests made after 2 days from delivery will not be accepted

2. Non-Returnable Conditions

We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • If more than 2 days have passed since delivery
  • If the issue is due to taste preference or personal liking
  • If the product is consumed partially beyond quality checking
  • If the product is damaged due to improper storage after delivery
  • If the product is returned without original packaging

3. No Refund Policy

  • Refunds are not provided for any food products sold on our website
  • Once an order is placed and delivered, no cash, card, or online refund will be issued under any circumstances

4. Exchange Policy

  • If a genuine quality issue is verified by our team, we will offer a product exchange
  • The customer must bear the courier/shipping charges for the exchange
  • Exchange will be processed only after approval from our quality team

5. How to Raise a Quality Issue

To request an exchange, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with:

  • Order ID
  • Clear photos or videos showing the quality issue
  • Description of the issue

6. Final Decision

All exchanges are subject to inspection and approval by Thamarai Brand.
Our decision regarding quality issues and eligibility for exchange will be final and binding.
